Upon your pre-confirmation, our company representative or the Driver/guide will meet you at your place at 5.30 am and will start drive for Yapahuwa.
On route will stop for 30 minutes in a convenience restaurant to have breakfast, tea/coffee, and refreshment before the first visit Yapahuwa Kingdom.
Yapahuwa Rock is an isolated rock designed as fortress and Kingdom with a history back to the 13th Century AD. Yapahuwa was a Sri Lanka’s forth ancient capital and home to the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha. ‘Yapahuwa Lion’ stone sculpture and other archaeological ruins are the most remarkable masterwork remain an ornamental stairway that conducted the royal palace. This visit will be about 2 hours visit including hiking the second stage of the rock u to the summit.
After Yapahuwa visit proceeds to Anuradhapura about another 2 hours. Before entering the Anuradhapura Secret ancient city you can stop in a restaurant for lunch and refreshment.
Anuradhapura was the base of glorious Sinhalese civilization back to 5th cent. BC to 10th cent. AD. The pride of place in Anuradhapura was taken by the ancient Stupas, magnificent rock carvings and Reservoirs shows the marvels of ancient civil engineering, were built having taken into the account the effects of lightning on high rise constructions, among numerous other engineering factors. Anuradhapura ancient city visit will take about 4 hrs through the most important monuments and ruined city. After the ancient city visit, Your driver will take you to your accommodation just a short drive from Anuradhapura Ancient city. After morning hotel breakfast start drive for Mihintale rock temple at 8.00 am (About 30 minutes drive from Anuradhapura).
Mihintale is the place where Buddhism was introduced officially to Sri Lanka on a Poson (June) Full Moon day in the year of 247 BC. Since then Mihintale was the first ever monastery complex in Sri Lanka. There are many interesting places to be seen from the foot of the hill up to the summit and you will see the beautiful panoramic view as well. Mihintale visit will take about 1 1/2 hours up to the rock summit.
Beautiful natural forest and bolder range examples to see early Sri Lankan civilization mixed with hydraulic and contractions technology. The Monastery establishment in an ideal motive for the development of an impressive network of irrigation channels with the use of both natural and artificial ponds and waterways. After visit Kaludiyapokuna, drive for Awkana. (Aprx. 1 1/2 hours drive)
Awkana Buddha statue is the tallest ancient Buddha statue of Sri Lanka 12 meters height Standing posture sculpture built in 5th Cent. AD. As considered as a masterpiece of Sri Lankan ancient iconography. on route to Awkana, you will pass the drive along with the bunt of Kala wewa (Tank water reserve)
After visit Awkana Drive for Habarana (Aprx. 1 hr. drive from Awkana) and you can stop for Lunch and refreshment.
Evening Safari at Minneriya / Kaudulla or Hurulu Eco National park (3 – 6 pm)

After morning hotel breakfast start drive for Polonnaruwa Ancient city at 8.00 am (About 15 minutes drive from the hotel).
Morning visit Polonnaruwa Ancient city.
Polonnaruwa is the second ancient Kingdom and the capital of Sri Lanka from 1017 A.D. to 1235 A.D. The Golden Age of Polonnaruwa under the reign of King Parakramabahu the Great at 12th century AD and explore remains of greatest feats of the past. Take time to see the remains of ancient stupas, shrines, palaces, buildings, monasteries, tanks and parks, each one narrating its own story of a glorious past. Polonnaruwa ancient city visit will take about 4 hrs through most important monuments and ruined city. After visit ancient city drive to Sigiriya (About 1 1/2 hours drive from the Polonnaruwa).
Before Sigiriya, you can stop for Lunch and refreshment.
The Sigiriya (Lion Rock) is treated as one of the most remarkable creations in the world, by King Kashyapa in (477-495 AD). The Path through the levels of gardens, boulders, Stone stairways come to the Lion Gate. Only the rock carving and the brick structure is evident today of the lion’s mouth through many local and foreign visitors to admire the beauty of this magnificent citadel. Sigiriya Rock hike visit will take about 2 hrs.

After morning hotel breakfast drive for hike Pidurangala Rock (About 20 minutes drive from the hotel).
Pidurangala Rock has a much more natural feel, with ancient caves and donated Buddhist monastery and temple. Pidurangala Rock is much closer to Sigiriya Rock and is the best viewing spot of Sigiriya Rock slightly lower. Pidurangala is a popular spot for sunrise as you can enjoy panoramic views with greenery. This hike will take about 1 1/2 hours.
After hike Pidurangala drives for Dambulla about 30 minutes drive.
Dambulla Rock temple was influenced by King Walagamba during the 1st Century B.C. There are about 90 reported caves in the surrounding and main 5 cave shrines the paintings are done on the ceiling and walls. There is a total of 153 Buddha statues 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings and 4 statues of god and goddess. Also, you can see the new temple with a large Golden Buddha statue at the lower part. Dambulla caves temple visit will take about 1 1/2 hours visit.
Then Drive for Kandy (Approximate 3 1/1 hrs. drive) and on route visit Matale Alu Vihara temple.
Behind a boulder is a cave dedicated Buddhist scholars Buddhist literary history as the Tripitaka (Buddhist scriptures) were written down on ola leaves in Pali by a conclave who is supposed to have spent several years here while working on the Buddhist canon known as the Tipitaka. You can spend about 30 minutes in this temple and then continue your drive for Kandy.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. During puja(offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded santhum open for offerings and the golden Casket is open to devotees and tourists. The revered main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines, and museums.
After visit Temple of Tooth Relic, you can have a free walk around Kandy Heritage city.

After city walk drive for Bahirawakanda Temple
The Bahirawakanda Buddha Statue is located alongside which is on the top of the Bahirawa Kanda hill, beautifully sculpted white statue displays Buddha in the seated posture and can be seen from the entire city of Kandy that sprawls out before it. It stands at 88 feet in height and is one of the biggest Buddha statues in Sri Lanka.

Then drive to visit 3 temple loop
Gampola is another ancient capital and most legendary attraction, the Embekke, Lankatilaka, and Galadeniya are a short distance from each other and referred to as the ‘Three Temple loop.
